At Alchemy Streetwear, each item is printed on demand specifically for you. We take pride in our quality and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Print-on-Demand Products

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection, change of mind, or personal preference.

We strongly recommend reviewing our sizing charts and product descriptions before purchasing.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We will gladly offer a replacement or refund if your order arrives:

Damaged
Defective
With a printing error
Incorrect (wrong item or wrong size sent)

How to Report an Issue

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

Your order number
A clear photo of the item showing the issue
A brief description of the problem

Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

3. Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us.

4. Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order is significantly delayed or lost in transit, please contact us. We will work with our fulfilment and shipping partners to resolve the issue promptly.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges due to the made-to-order nature of our products.
If an item is faulty or incorrect, it will be handled under Section 2 above.

6. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
Once production has started, cancellations are no longer possible.

7. Sale Items

All sale or discounted items are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.
